• What does the water filtering system do?

       - Our water filtration system is designed to filter all the water in your home. Our system removes             sediment, chlorine, and heavy metals from your water throughout your home.

• Why start a membership?

       - By starting a membership with ClearH2O, you are ensuring your system is running efficiently and           up to date. Our water technicians complete all maintenance and upkeep involved with your                     system so you can enjoy your water without having to worry about scheduled maintenance like               changing filters, maintaining samples, etc!

• How do I request installation?

       - System installations are only completed by contract with communities, developments, and HOAs.           To obtain a membership your household must be part of a contracted community, development,           or HOA. At this time, Clear H2O does not provide our membership or services to individual                       households.  If you are interested in contracting Clear H2O in your community click here

• Is this a water softener?

       - No, Clear H2O is not a water softener.

• What is the difference between this water filtration system and water softener?

       - Our water filtration system is designed to cleanse your water and rid it of heavy metals, chlorine,           and sediment without adding anything to your water. Water softeners may remove things like                 sediment, chlorine, and heavy metals, but add salt to your water in the process creating a slimier           and salty water texture and taste.
